Purpose Statement


It is the purpose of the Board of Directors of Brydon Park at Thornhill Homeowners Association to establish and preserve our community by:


• Maintaining a high standard in the appearance of the homes and front entrance to our subdivision.

• Striving to stabilize and increase the property values.


The Board fulfills this purpose through collecting and assessing dues, enforcing the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of our Charter with the State of Georgia, and providing regulation and guidance for our community.


The Board of Directors of Brydon Park at Thornhill Homeowners Association strives to:


• Encourage networking by holding social events and promoting a neighborhood watch.

• Maintain the landscape and physical appearance of our homes and front entrance.

• Produce this atmosphere through restricting those actions that negatively affect this outcome.
